The Illume Mobile leadership team has over one hundred years combined experience managing mobile, high-tech, and related business ventures; building strong relationships with leaders in the mobile technology industry; implementing Illume Mobile’s disciplined professional services and mobile product methodology; and building a strong base for the rapid, managed achievement of the company’s vision.
Steve Signoff – CEO
Steve Signoff joined the team in August, 2011, bringing an extensive range of national and international experience in entrepreneurial, Fortune 1000 and Fortune 250 companies. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Avila University, earning a B.A. with a major in Finance and minor in Economics and advanced education at Harvard Law, Columbia University and the University of Michigan. He most recently was the CEO of Mobile USA followed by the role Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at One Communications. Signoff was Chairman and CEO of IDPSi, a caller identity service based in New York, which was successfully sold in 2009. A majority of his career was at Sprint where he served in executive roles leading marketing, strategy, business development, and international operations. He began his career at Owens/Corning Fiberglass. Board of Director assignments have included Intelig, a Brazilian telecom company and Barak, an Israel based telecom company and numerous non-profit organizations.
Randy Ritter – COO
Randy Ritter joined the team in November, 2011. Between November 2007 and October 2011, Mr. Ritter was employed by One Communications, a Boston-based leading competitive local exchange carrier that was acquired by EarthLink, Inc. in 2010, serving as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing. Between May 2006 and November 2007, Mr. Ritter served as an independent consultant. Between 1991 and May 2006, Mr. Ritter was employed by Sprint Nextel Corporation, including serving as Vice President – Product Marketing and Offer Development (2005 to May 2006), Vice President – Product Management and Development – Sprint and Assistant Vice President – International Marketing – Sprint. Previously, Mr. Ritter was an Audit Manager for General Dynamics in St. Louis, Missouri and Ernst & Whinney in Mobile, Alabama. Mr. Ritter holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and is a certified public accountant (currently inactive).
Clint Parr – Executive Vice President, Business Development
Clint Parr joined the team in 2002 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2003, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2007 to Chief Executive Officer. He was named to the Board in 2003. In 2011, in a move to optimize the management team’s full expert potential, Parr was repositioned to EVP Business Operations. Parr graduated from Baylor University in 1986 with a degree in Entrepreneurship; he obtained an executive MBA from The University of Tulsa in 2000. His professional development includes twenty years of strategic alliance management, technology product development, and professional services marketing and operations with Fortune 500 companies in the communications and energy sectors. Prior to 1996, he started a marketing consulting company and oversaw regional sales and marketing with Fortune 500 computer and imaging companies. Parr is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma and the current Chairman of the Tulsa County Election Board.
Kendall W. Carpenter – Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer
Kendall Carpenter joined the team in 2006 as Controller. She was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Carpenter’s previous experience includes Division Controller with Allied Waste Industries (NSYE:AW), a $6.4 billion company, and over ten years experience as top financial officer of an enterprise software company with an international customer base. Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Chris Kingham – Vice President, Marketing
Chris Kingham joined the team as Director of Marketing in 2004, bringing 15 years of experience in planning, implementing, and marketing high-tech and online properties. Previously, Kingham spent several years at the Williams Companies, serving in both marketing and IT management roles for some of their most critical systems and projects, including Energy News Live, the energy industry’s first live, broadcast-quality online news and information site. Prior to Williams, Kingham spent several years at PennWell Publishing developing the plans and processes to move their flagship publication, Oil & Gas Journal, to the new online medium, broadening readership and generating new revenues. Kingham graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
Brett Williams – Vice President, Business Development
Brett Williams joined the team as Vice President in 2010. Williams has over 20 years experience in sales, sales management and marketing within the technology industries. Most recently, Williams was Director of Sales & Marketing for TouchStar Solutions, a mobile computer products and services company specializing in delivery fleets and field service personnel. Prior to TouchStar, Williams successfully held executive sales management positions at SixByte Systems, Clientele Solutions and J.D. Young Company. Williams was also the President and Founder of KnowledgeGear, a successful intranet product and services company. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from East Central University.
Mark Jones – Vice President, Operations
Mark was invited to join the Anyware team as a Solutions Manager in 2004 and was promoted to Director of Solutions Services in 2006, and Vice President of Operations in 2011. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in MIS and Accounting, Mark has 14 years of experience in designing, building and managing business applications. Prior to his arrival at Anyware, Mr. Jones founded, built and successfully managed a software solutions business for 4 years. Mark began his career as an information technology systems analyst in the energy and market trading group for The Williams Companies.
